Height adjustable documentation table, includes black table cloth. The table top measures 100 x 50 cm, the table can carry a maximum of 12.5 kg.

Bringing your own furniture is not allowed without written permission, with the exception of required pedestals for 3D work. Please note that any additional materials must also be placed within the dimensions of the rented booth (not all or part of it in the aisle).

A large marketing and promotional package is used to bring the Belgian international Art Fair to the attention of potential visitors, art lovers, buyers and collectors. Most of the promotional and publicity activities are initiated and carried out by the Belgian international Art Fair. In addition, each participant contributes to the cost of additional promotion and receives publicity (and more) in return. Please choose the package that is most convenient for you.

- the display of an artwork of your choice on the Belgian International Art Fair website
- digital entry tickets which you can mail to your business contacts without limitation

Insurance to €5.000,- {amount}

Insurance € 15,-

Insure your works at retail value from the time you set up your booth until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The own risk deductible under this insurance is €250.

Maximum insured amount €15,- for each €5.000,- (sales value works of art).
Members of the NABK (Gold or PRO) do not need to purchase this separately, they are insured free of charge through the NABK.

Cancellation protection 5%

With cancellation protection, you avoid a financial setback if you cancel your participation in this art fair. The fee is only 5% of your total cost. Upon registration, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
