Height adjustable documentation table, includes black table cloth.
The table top measures 100 x 50 cm, the table can carry a maximum of 12.5 kg.

Bringing your own furniture is not allowed without written permission, with the exception of required pedestals for 3D work.
Please note that any additional materials must also be placed within the dimensions of the rented booth (not all or part of it in the aisle).

Additional adjustable spotlights (the number of spotlights included varies per m²), including installation: €30 each.

Playback of images is permitted. Sound playback to maximum speech level is also allowed.

A large marketing and promotional package is used to bring the Belgian international Art Fair to the attention of potential visitors, art lovers, buyers and collectors. Most of the promotional and publicity activities are initiated and carried out by the Belgian international Art Fair. In addition, each participant contributes to the cost of additional promotion and receives publicity (and more) in return.
Please choose the package that is most convenient for you.

Basic Promotion Package
- listing of your name and website on the Belgian International Art Fair website
- display of an artwork of your choice on the Belgian International Art Fair website
- digital admission tickets that you can email to your contacts as often as you like

Promotional Package Plus
- Basic Plus Package:
- a piece of art of your choice to be featured on the Belgian International Art Fair’s social media channels
- a piece of art of your choice to be featured in the BiAF 2027 flyer
- an artwork of your choice on the 4 large screens on the exhibition floor, in a loop during opening hours)

Section divider

Insure your works at retail value from the time you set up your booth until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The deductible is €250.

Maximum insured amount: €15 per €5,000 (market value of the artworks).
NABK members (Gold or PRO) do not need to purchase this separately; they are insured free of charge through the NABK.

Cancellation protection helps you avoid financial loss if you have to cancel your participation in this art fair. The cost is only 5% of your total expenses. By registering, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.€99.00(excl. VAT)
